Video: Meet Charlotte from Engage Somerset

Engage Somerset Pluss Video 29 June 2022
Charlotte from Pluss Engage Somerset

The Engage Somerset project from Pluss offers support to anyone living in Chard, Glastonbury or Highbridge, who is aged 18 or over and not in paid employment.

The aim of the project is to provide help and guidance to take some of the steps towards employment. It might be that you want help building confidence, creating a CV or helping manage the cost of living. Perhaps you need to learn new skills, or just meet new people and knock down some of the social interaction barriers.

Each of the three towns covered are looked after by a Community Change Coach.

We’ve been to find out what’s happening in each of the areas and in this video we meet Charlotte for a whistle-stop tour of Glastonbury and a look at what she’s been getting up to with the people in the local community….
