Health Works for Cornwall
Small steps, big results
Pluss’ Health Works for Cornwall is not all about finding you a job; it’s about providing the emotional and physical tools and support to be in a better position to take a step towards moving forward.
We aim to help people with wellbeing and health-related barriers to feel more confident and empowered. We work with you to face the challenges together.
By taking the time to get to know you, as an individual, we can tackle most situations, however big or small.
How we can help
We realise that everyone's journey is different, so our support is tailored to each individual.
Health Works for Cornwall will help you to:
* Build self-esteem, confidence and independence
* Connect with opportunities in your community

* Achieve balance in your own and your family’s needs

#NoOneLeftBehind
As well as providing support to anyone with wellbeing or health challenges, people with learning difficulties and disabilities are really important to us too.
Health Works for Cornwall is a Pluss Specialist Partner for anyone with learning difficulties and disabilities, and for people with autism.
We can provide a bespoke, person-centred, support package. Just contact us to find out more.
Activities and events
As part of the support we offer our participants, we often encourage them to take part in activities and events to help improve their physical and mental health.
These are all fully-funded, for everyone who meets the criteria, and can be found on our events page.
From wellbeing walks to art and craft classes, self-esteem workshops to confidence boosting, Health Works for Cornwall aims to strengthen your resolve in order to get you a step closer to your goals.
We also run courses to assist people in tackling some of the challenges life throws at us, such as social isolation, the menopause, learning difficulties and disabilities, to name but a few.
