Twenty-seven-year-old Jack had been having some challenges in his life. Then a move to Cornwall, during the Covid pandemic, left him feeling isolated and alone and unsure about his future.
He was referred to Pluss’ Health Works for Cornwall for some support and guidance and was teamed up with Change Coach, Stacy.
Stacy suggested they meet up for a chat and a cuppa at ‘Retroblast Coffee’ in Newquay, a gamer’s paradise!
It wasn’t long before Jack realised he was among other people with common interests, and his confidence – and circle of friends – began to grow.
And then…… we’ll let Jack tell you what happened next, in his own words.
