Mark lost his business during the Covid pandemic. His mental health spiralled as he experienced, agoraphobia, depression and anxiety. But then he found Pluss’ Positive People in Somerset.
Lucy, his change coach, put him in touch with the NHS Swap programme and Mark says it has changed his life.
We met up with Mark when he was at the Pluss’ Positive People roadshow in Minehead.
