The Green Hand Gang is a gardening project for people with learning disabilities.

It is run by Halifax Opportunities Trust, as part of the Pluss Hopeful Families programme.

This fantastic scheme provides people of all ages, with a learning disability or autism, the opportunity and environment to learn a range of skills – indoors and outdoors – that is fun, social and stimulating.
