If you’re looking for work, our friendly Work Routes job advisers will help you find and start a role that’s right for you.

Work routes is designed to support jobseekers who face significant barriers when it comes to looking for and keeping work.

It is a flexible programme that is individually tailored to each individuals needs. We’ll help you to reach your full potential so you can move into employment in the career of your choice.


Your journey into work

When you sign up, We’ll give you a call to kick start your journey into work. At your first meeting you will meet a job adviser who will help you to develop your personal training and support plan.

We can help you wirte a CV, apply for jobs, undertake interview practice or training in skills like IT or customer services.

We’ll help match you to employers who may not be advertising their vacancies anywhere else. We can also help with costs of travel, work clothes and organising childcare.


Ongoing support

Our support will continue for up to six months after you start work. We can help you to settle in, iron out any difficulties and progress in your new role including applying for more hours or promotions.
