Join the Health Works for Cornwall team, at the coast, for a number of mindful, beach-themed activities including;
- Sea glass foraging
- Stone balancing
- Sand mandala creation.
Meet new people and increase your social confidence.
Take steps towards positive change in beautiful and natural surroundings.
This fully-funded event is available to individuals who are 16+, currently unemployed and looking to improve either their physical or mental health.
