Fun and mindful classes – Liskeard

An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until June 15, 2023
If you’re close to Liskeard, join the Pluss Health Works for Cornwall team for a series of ** fully-funded fun and mindful classes starting soon, running for five weeks.
Thursdays between 1pm and 3pm 
Run in partnership with Supasport, the sessions are suitable for all abilities. A safe space for you to improve your health and wellbeing.
Classes will focus on health and wellbeing, building confidence, healthy eating, recipes on a budget and hydration (drinking lots of water 👍)
During the sessions you will be able to build your social confidence and meet similar minded people.
The classes are fun and enjoyable for everyone. A supportive environment for men and women
