Men’s Minds Matter

Join the Health Works for Cornwall team for this introductory workshop to help men understand, and apply, personal wellbeing for themselves and others.
Come along to the Phoenix Suite at Liskeard Public Rooms on Wednesday 1st June at 10am where you will be able to:
Reflect on how your mind works- Refresh and update your emotional skill set
- Learn about and apply emotional intelligence
- Understand and employ everyday healthy mind techniques
- Challenge limiting self-beliefs.
This is a fully-funded session with the option of ongoing free support for change.
