Join the Pluss’ Health Works for Cornwall team for this fully-funded** introductory workshop to better understand and apply personal wellbeing for yourself and others.

** Health Works for Cornwall is part-funded by The European Social Fund. These sessions are available free to individuals who live in Cornwall, are aged 16+, currently unemployed and looking to improve either their physical or mental health.
