Sea dip, hot chocolate and cake

Did you know that cold water emersion is scientifically proven to be good for your mental health?

If you fancy giving it a try, why not join the Pluss Positive People team from Torbay Community Development Trust and dip your toes into a new experience?

Come along to Torre Abbey Sands on Tuesday 11th October where you will be supported by Healthscape’s amazing volunteers. And you don’t have to go “all in” on your first visit if you don’t want to; you can paddle, dip, swim or just watch – it’s your choice!

Refreshments are provided, all you need to bring along is your swimwear, a towel and some warm cloths to change back in to when you come out of the water.
