Join the Pluss Health Works for Cornwall team at a Truro Wellbeing Fair.
This is for people who may be looking for support through Health Works for Cornwall, and for partners who refer individuals to us.
There will be various wellbeing activities going on throughout the day, such as yoga, mood boards and sea-glass jewellery making and more.
A fab event, to celebrate Active April and to raise awareness for Stress Awareness Month.
** Health Works for Cornwall is part funded by the European Social Fund. These fully-funded sessions are available to individuals who are 16+, currently unemployed and looking to improve their physical or mental wellbeing.
