Join the Pluss’ Health Works for Cornwall team for a fully-funded*** workshop that explores some of the ways we can achieve a better night’s sleep, and improve our overall health and wellbeing.

Learn relaxation techniques and ways that small changes to your sleeping environment can make a big difference.

Christmas can be a bit of a tricky time for some of us; feeling isolated, spending time with ‘challenging’ people etc. If you’re dreading the festive period, why not join the Pluss Positive People team from Torbay Community Development Trust to explore how we can navigate the craziness of Christmas.

Feeling vulnerable is often something we fear, or consider to be a negative thing, but during this online course – from the Pluss Positive People team at Torbay Community Development Trust – we will look at how vulnerability can actually be a strength and a sign of courage.
