Join the Health Works for Cornwall team for this Creative Wellness session, held every other week in The Conservatory at Heartlands, a Cornish Mining World Heritage Site, just off the A30 at Pool, Redruth.
Working at your own pace, and choosing which crafts to take part in, these sessions can really help boost confidence and allow you to mix with a small group of people with similar interests.
It’s fully-funded so won’t cost you a penny, and the only criteria is that you live in Cornwall, are aged 16 or over and not in paid employment.
