Get designing: Explore the importance of packaging products or services
Get noticed: Learn the importance of marketing and create your own plan
Get ahead:Learn about business competition and how to price your product
Get sharing: Complete a ‘Dragons’ Den’ business pitch

If you’re close to Heartlands, Redruth, join the Pluss Health Works for Cornwall team for a series of ** fully-funded fun and mindful fitness classes starting soon, running for six weeks.
Tuesdays between 12:30 and 2:00pm
Run in partnership with Supasport, the sessions are suitable for all fitness abilities. A safe space for you to improve your physical health, particularly if you’ve previously been put off going to a conventional gym.
During the sessions you will be able to build your social confidence and meet similar minded people.
The classes are fun and energetic, enjoyable for all fitness levels. A supportive environment for men and women

**Positive People offers a life-line to build hope, confidence and skills for people who are not in work. It is jointly funded by the Big Lottery Fund and the European Social Fund. To fulfil our funders’ requirements, participants must be aged 25+, out of work and living in Devon.
