Fun and mindful classes – Liskeard

If you’re close to Liskeard, join the Pluss Health Works for Cornwall team for a series of ** fully-funded fun and mindful classes starting soon, running for five weeks.
👀Thursdays between 1pm and 3pm 🏃‍♂️🤸‍♂️🏋️‍♂️
Run in partnership with Supasport, the sessions are suitable for all abilities. A safe space for you to improve your health and wellbeing.
Classes will focus on health and wellbeing, building confidence, healthy eating, recipes on a budget and hydration (drinking lots of water 👍)
During the sessions you will be able to build your social confidence and meet similar minded people.
The classes are fun and enjoyable for everyone. A supportive environment for men and women 🚀

Confidence and motivation course

A fully funded six-week course delivered by Active Plus’s team of military veterans.

This confidence and motivation course will help you move forward with confidence, develop new skills, and help you unlock some great opportunities.

⭐ Build confidence and independence

⭐ Develop a clearer understanding of individual goals and aspirations

⭐ Take part in thought provoking activities delivered by our team of military veterans

 

If you’re aged over 16 and not in paid employment and are not too far from Liskeard book your place today.

Better Sleep Workshop

Do you have trouble sleeping? Research suggests that we should aim to get around seven to nine hours sleep each night. But how many of us manage that?

Join the Pluss’ Health Works for Cornwall team for a fully-funded*** workshop that explores some of the ways we can achieve a better night’s sleep, and improve our overall health and wellbeing.

Learn relaxation techniques and ways that small changes to your sleeping environment can make a big difference.
