Join the Pluss’ Health Works for Cornwall team to discover how you can turn your passion for gaming into transferable skills that could, perhaps, get you a step closer to employment.

This is a one-day, fully-funded** course on Tuesday 13 June, 10am – 4pm, at YMCA Penzance and is open to anyone aged 16 or above, living in Cornwall, and not in paid employment.

HOPE: Help Overcoming Problems Effectively

A fully funded six-week course.

The sessions are called H O P E – Help Overcoming Problems Effectively

If you’re aged over 16 and not in paid employment and are not too far from St Austell, these are fantastic sessions to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to be a more resilient person.

Areas covered in the sessions include:

  • Review and improve your physical and mental health
  • Increase your self-esteem and self confidence
  • Learn how to set and achieve your personal goals
  • Explore techniques to strengthen your resilience
  • Work towards a happier and healthier future
