Fun and mindful fitness classes

If you’re close to Heartlands, Redruth, join the Pluss Health Works for Cornwall team for a series of ** fully-funded fun and mindful fitness classes starting soon, running for six weeks.
👀Tuesdays between 12:30 and 2:00pm 🏃‍♂️🤸‍♂️🏋️‍♂️
Run in partnership with Supasport, the sessions are suitable for all fitness abilities. A safe space for you to improve your physical health, particularly if you’ve previously been put off going to a conventional gym.
During the sessions you will be able to build your social confidence and meet similar minded people.
The classes are fun and energetic, enjoyable for all fitness levels💪😀. A supportive environment for men and women 🚀
