This is for people who may be looking for support through Health Works for Cornwall, and for partners who refer individuals to us.
There will be various wellbeing activities going on throughout the day, such as yoga, mood boards and sea-glass jewellery making and more.
A fab event, to celebrate Active April and to raise awareness for Stress Awareness Month.

The sessions are called H O P E – Help Overcoming Problems Effectively
If you’re aged over 16 and not in paid employment and are not too far from St Austell, these are fantastic sessions to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to be a more resilient person.
Areas covered in the sessions include:
Review and improve your physical and mental health
Increase your self-esteem and self confidence
Learn how to set and achieve your personal goals
Explore techniques to strengthen your resilience
Work towards a happier and healthier future
